Our team is comprised of seasoned legal professionals who bring a wealth of experience to the table. The firm is led by Mrs. Adela Kaviya, a seasoned Legal Practitioner and admitted Attorney of the High Court of Zimbabwe, whose multifaceted background brings extensive experience in business, property, accounting, management, and legal domains. Our Managing Partner is an exceptionally motivated individual with a meticulous eye for detail and a proven track record of success. Mrs. Kaviya holds an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand, Certificates in Competition Law, Environmental and Sustainable Development Law (Mandela Institute of the University of the Witwatersrand). Our Managing Partner is well-equipped to navigate complex legal landscapes.
Brenda Gwara

Ms Brenda Gwara is an astute Professional who holds an LLB degree from The University of Pretoria, a Certificate in Medical Law (Law Society of South Africa, a Facilitator/Assessor Certificate (Education, Training and Development Sector of South Africa, and successfully completed the South African Attorneys Bar Exams (Law Society of South Africa). Ms Gwara is a registered Legal Practitioner with the High Court of Zimbabwe and shares a passion for justice and a dedication to client advocacy. She is a highly motivated individual and brings a diverse background, after having worked for legal departments of prominent firms in South Africa including Ernst and Young and Medscheme Holdings.

Rufaro Kaviya, our Research Assistant, is a BSc Psychology graduate from Middlesex University. Miss Kaviya has worked for Bindu Media (Nzira Travel Magazine) as an Editorial Assistant and as Editor and Advertising Coordinator for Bambazonke Nhasi. Her past experience will prove invaluable for our research and legal documentation.
