Managing Partner – Mrs. Adela Shamiso Kaviya

Our firm is led by Mrs. Kaviya, a distinguished Legal Practitioner and admitted Attorney of the High Court of Zimbabwe. She is a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe and is registered as an Executor with the Council of Estate Administrators. Her extensive background spans business administration, real estate, accounting, and law, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to her legal practice.
With over a decade of corporate experience, including roles with Anglo American Corporation, Philips Electrical, and Advertising Industries, Mrs Kaviya transitioned to the non-profit sector, joining Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO). At the time of her departure in 1995, she was serving as Programme Manager for Zimbabwe and Regional Inhouse Accounts Trainer for Southern Africa, covering Zambia, Malawi, South Africa, Namibia, and Zimbabwe.
She later co-founded Keystone Technology (trading as Keystone Express Buses) and Keystone Real Estate, where she served as one of the founding directors, contributing significantly to their growth during their formative years.
Mrs Kaviya holds an LLB Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, and postgraduate certificates in Competition Law and Environmental & Sustainable Development Law from the Mandela Institute at the same university.
Legal Practitioner – Mrs Plaxedes Panganai Homwe

Mrs Homwe is an experienced Legal Practitioner with particular expertise in Conveyancing and Commercial Law. She holds an LLB from the University of South Africa and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law at the University of Zimbabwe.
She has extensive experience in the administration of deceased estates, having served at Zimbabwe Inheritance Services, where she handled a wide array of complex estate matters. Her experience will assist in providing clients with tailored legal solutions in property transactions, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, always guided by the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Legal Associate – Ms Brenda Kudzai Gwara

Ms Gwara is an accomplished legal professional holding an LLB Degree from the University of Pretoria, a Certificate in Medical Law from the Law Society of South Africa, and a Facilitator/Assessor Certificate from the Education, Training, and Development Sector of South Africa. She has successfully completed the South African Attorneys Bar Examinations administered by the Law Society of South Africa.
Ms Gwara has held legal roles at reputable South African institutions, including Ernst & Young and Medscheme Holdings and is a registered Legal Practitioner with the High Court of Zimbabwe. Her deep-rooted commitment to justice, coupled with her diverse legal acumen, renders her an invaluable member of our team.
Research and Communications – Ms Rufaro Tapiwa Edith Kaviya

Our legal research division is led by Ms Kaviya, who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Middlesex University and is currently pursuing an MSc in Public Affairs and Strategic Communication through University of Stirling. Ms Kaviya has served in editorial, research and communications roles at Bindu Media, Bambazonke Nhasi, the International Telecommunications Union, and UNFPA. Her diverse experience in policy research, public relations, and human rights significantly enhances the quality and precision of our legal documentation and research support.
Operations Coordinator – Ms Praise Gosha

The firm’s operations are efficiently managed by Ms Gosha, who serves as the Operations Coordinator. She is the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for ensuring seamless communication with the judiciary, the Deeds Office, other law firms, and regulatory bodies.
